What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for local warehouse stock and 7-15 business days for international shipments, depending on your location.
Do MINISFORUM products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our Mini PCs come with a standard 2-year warranty covering hardware defects. We also offer a 7-day no-reason return policy and a 30-day return policy for quality-related issues.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and localized payment methods like Klarna or Affirm depending on your region.
Can I upgrade the RAM and Storage on my Mini PC?
Most MINISFORUM models are designed with user-friendly upgradeability. You can typically expand the DDR memory and M.2 SSD storage without voiding your warranty, provided no physical damage occurs during the process.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly in your account dashboard.
Are customs duties included in the price?
For orders shipped from our local warehouses (US, EU, JP), duties are included. For international shipments, customers may be responsible for import taxes and duties as required by their local customs office.
