Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your region.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware to confirm it meets return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
